each of our classes includes an assessment for every participant.
This is so you can better understand your employees or direct
reports and directly relate the results to the material being
learned. If one is taking a communication seminar but is not
aware of one's own behavior and how one is perceived by others,
the seminar will not have lasting value nor will you be able
to measure its effectiveness over time.
The assessment combined with the
training program gives you and your employees the insight
necessary to identify strengths and weakness and the tools

At Performance Leadership Tools
every training is tailored to meet the unique needs of the
organization and each participant. They range in length from
1/2 day to 5 days and can be presented in short increments
