The Management Development Competency Assessment- 360 Degree

A 360-degree assessment of management and leadership behavior for managers at all levels. The questionnaire is structured in ten units of competence, with five elements of competence in each unit, a total of 50 questions. However additional questions can be added to meet your specific needs. It measures the degree to which the manager uses 50 behavioral competencies necessary for creating a great workplace.
