TeleSeminars -- Do you need them?
If your company needs to train
small numbers of people and onsite training is too costly,
or training time is limited, consider teleseminars.
What
are they?
| A
new and efficient way to learn |
|
An effective time and cost-saving solution to training
for your managers and employees |
 |
|
Participants
are able to access the hand-outs to the class through
a participant web site |
|
On-line
assessments are also used to individualize the learning |
|
Teleseminars
are live interactive training classes conducted over the
telephone through teleconferencing bridge systems |
|
Participatory
groups that involve people in different ways |
|
| |
|
|
How long do they last?
Teleseminars usually last 1 hour to 1.5
hours long.
How do
they work?
Teleseminars touch people in different ways, there
are visual handouts for people to view, creative exercises
are done to involve everyone. Many participants actually participate
more in a Teleseminar because they are not as worried about
what others may think. On-line assessments are used in each
of the teleseminars to individualize the learning to the participant
and allow for greater self-understanding and implementation
of knowledge gained.
