I-SightŪ is a DiSCŪ-based
learning profile for young people.
The I-SightŪ Instructor's Guide helps facilitators
effectively administer the I-SightŪ profile in the classroom
or with youth groups. The guide includes information
on the DiSCŪ Dimensions of Behavior model; administration
and interpretation guidelines; five flexible, interative
50-minute modules; optional activities; and reproducible

About the I-SightŪ Profile
I-SightŪ is a unique learning profile developed for
young people from ages 12 to 18. Using the DiSCŪ model,
I-SightŪ creates positive self-awareness and understanding
of others by helping young people recognize and accept
behavioral differences. This four-page assessment uses
fresh, easy-to- understand language to explore behavior
across the four primary dimensions:
