How does coaching work?
Coaching can be done in person
or over the phone. One on one sessions occur typically two
to four times monthly. The sessions can be short and laser
focused or much longer depending on the needs of the client.
We can develop a coaching arrangement that fits your budget.
The client
defines the goal. The coach comes to the meeting without an
agenda of their own, acting as the catalyst for change and
keeping the focus on the client and what they want to achieve.
