Robin Wilson - Founder

Robin Wilson has over 25 years of experience helping leaders to develop their skills and talents through Performance and Development Coaching and Training. Her passion is helping individuals and teams achieve change and maximize the people resource of an organization.

Robin believes self-awareness is a key ingredient for change and formed Performance Leadership Tools to offer a wide variety of awareness and development products She is trained to administer various assessments such as the DiSC®, The Reiss Profile, Thomas Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument and the Management Development Inventory (360).

She has coached individuals and teams on leadership, group development, communication and performance related issues. The companies have ranged from Fortune 500 to one-person operations and profit and non-profit sectors. Robin has been trained through the Coach Training Institute and B-Coach and is currently working on her masters' certification. She recently co-authored the book, Maximize Your Mind: Peak Your Potential: 100+ Ways to Boost Your Brain And Achieve Your Goals. An article on Ethics in Sales was also published in the HRD Press.
